Who is responsible for your data

DigitalMassa AB, company reg. no. 559127-7917, Drottninggatan 97, 113 60 Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of your personal data. Questions about your data go to daniel@digitalmassa.com.

What we collect

The data always comes from you.

• When you request an audit we store the domain you enter, your email address, the time and the campaign or source you arrived from.
• When you contact us in other ways we store your name, email address, phone number, company and what you write in the message.
• When you visit the website, usage statistics are collected as described in the cookies section below, only with your consent.

Why we process it

We use the data to carry out the audit you asked for, get back to you and continue the conversation about a possible partnership. The legal basis is that the processing is needed to deliver what you requested, and otherwise our legitimate interest in following up enquiries from companies. Usage statistics and marketing rely on your consent.

How long we keep it

Data about an enquiry is kept while the conversation is ongoing and afterwards for as long as it is needed to follow up. If you become a customer, the data is kept for the duration of the partnership and the period required by the Swedish Accounting Act. Data we no longer need is deleted.

Who has access

Only authorised people at DigitalMassa have access to your data. We use suppliers for hosting, database, email and analytics. They process the data on our behalf and under agreement with us. Some suppliers, such as Google, operate in the United States, and transfers there rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.

You have the right to

• know what data we hold about you
• have it corrected or deleted
• ask us to restrict the processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• receive the data you have provided yourself
• withdraw a consent at any time

We update this policy when the processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Cookies and tracking

The website only sets cookies for statistics and marketing after you have given consent in the cookie banner. Necessary cookies that make the website and the consent work are always used.

With consent we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how the website is used and measure the effect of advertising, plus Leadfeeder, which shows which company a visit comes from. Google's tags run in a cookieless mode until you have given consent.

Our own visitor statistics count page views, clicks and traffic sources using a random id in the browser's storage. It only starts if you consent to statistics and shares nothing with other companies.
