Who is responsible for your data

DigitalMassa AB, company reg. no. 559127-7917, Drottninggatan 97, 113 60 Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of your personal data. Questions about your data go to daniel@digitalmassa.com.

What we collect

The data comes from you. Which company an IP address belongs to is taken from public registers of network owners.

  • When you request an audit we store the domain you enter, your email address, the time and the campaign or source you arrived from.
  • When you contact us in other ways we store your name, email address, phone number, company and what you write in the message.
  • When you visit the website our server logs the IP address, the page, the time, where you came from, your browser and approximate location. From the IP address we can see whether the visit comes from a company's or an organisation's network.
  • Statistics collected in the browser require your consent, see the cookies section below.

Why we process it

We use the data to carry out the audit you asked for, get back to you and continue the conversation about a possible partnership. The legal basis is that the processing is needed to deliver what you requested, and otherwise our legitimate interest in following up enquiries from companies.

The server log and the information about which company a visit comes from rely on our legitimate interest in understanding which companies visit us and in protecting the website. Statistics in the browser and marketing rely on your consent.

The client portal

When you are logged in to the client portal at app.digitalmassa.com, we record which pages and dashboards you open, what you click and how long you stay. We also record how the pages are used with Microsoft Clarity, for example mouse movements, clicks and scrolling. The recording is linked to your name and your login so that we can see who it concerns.

What you type in fields and choose in drop-down menus is never recorded. Clarity sets no cookies in the portal unless you have consented to them on digitalmassa.com. This relies on our legitimate interest in understanding how the portal is used, improving it and being able to help you.

Microsoft keeps the recordings for 30 days. A small sample and recordings we mark are kept for at most 13 months.

How long we keep it

Data about an enquiry is kept while the conversation is ongoing and afterwards for as long as it is needed to follow up. If you become a customer, the data is kept for the duration of the partnership and the period required by the Swedish Accounting Act. Data we no longer need is deleted.

The server log with IP addresses is kept for at most 14 months.

Who has access

Only authorised people at DigitalMassa have access to your data. We use suppliers for hosting, database, email and analytics. They process the data on our behalf and under agreement with us. Some suppliers, such as Google, operate in the United States, and transfers there rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to

  • know what data we hold about you
  • have it corrected or deleted
  • ask us to restrict the processing
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • receive the data you have provided yourself
  • withdraw a consent at any time

Questions and complaints

Contact daniel@digitalmassa.com and we will help you. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection at imy.se.

We update this policy when the processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Cookies and tracking

The website only sets cookies for statistics and marketing after you have given consent in the cookie banner. Necessary cookies that make the website and the consent work are always used.

With consent we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how the website is used and measure the effect of advertising, plus Leadfeeder, which shows which company a visit comes from. Google's tags run in a cookieless mode until you have given consent.

Our own statistics in the browser measure page views, time on page, scrolling, clicks and traffic sources. They only start if you consent to statistics. The only thing they share with other companies is the code for Clarity described below.

With consent we also record how the pages are used with Microsoft Clarity, for example clicks, scrolling and mouse movements. What you type in fields is never recorded. The recording gets a code that links it to our own statistics so that we can see how a visit went. The code does not reveal your IP address or which browser you use.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. The cookies in use right now are listed below.
